These terms set out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
Who we are
Hin Design is a web and graphic design studio based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Contact us at hc@hin.design.
Our services
We provide web design, graphic design, and related digital services. We'll agree the scope, timeline, and cost with you before we start work.
Payment
We'll send you an invoice when payment is due. Pay by the date shown on your invoice. We may pause work if payment is overdue.
Your content
You're responsible for any content you give us to use in your project. Make sure you have the right to use it.
Our work
You own the final deliverables once we've received full payment. We keep ownership of any tools, templates, or processes we use to create them.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project, tell us in writing. We'll invoice you for work completed up to that point.
Liability
We're not responsible for any loss of income or data arising from our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you've paid us for the relevant project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll tell you about any significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
